Mixed Review… app good but support is not good

On November 8th my iMac automatically downloaded an update from Paprika and from that day forward I have not been able to get the app to open which means none of my recipes will be available for Thanksgiving!!!!! I have written to their customer support and gotten no help… just a single question!!!! VERY FRUSTRATING to have trusted this app with my recipes only to loose access and their support is non existent. I was a very happy user until I lost access so I caution anyone who is thinking about investing $10… beware that their support is not good!!!!!
