First sync was devastating - but easily resolved!

I bought this desktop version after loving the iPad version for 3 months. In those 3 months, I put a great deal of effort and time into tranfering all my digital and paper recipes to my iPad version. I would create weekly menus and grocery lists and the iPad app worked great! I finally decided to spend the 20 bucks on the desktop to make it easier to write out recipes I cannot copy and paste on some ebooks on my iPad. I created an account and when I hit the sync button on the desktop app, nothing happened. I tried again and I saw all recipes on my iPad DISAPPEAR!!! Ive emailed Hindsight Labs and Im still waiting for a response. I love this app on my iPad and have recommeded it to friends / family at nauseum, but now that Ive lost ALL my recipes, menus AND grocery list, I am NOT IMPRESSED!!!!
UPDATE: The Paprika help desk emailed me back and it turns out I lost all my data because I was under 2 different account. They were able to merge the two accounts and restore all of my recipes!! I am so happy! I have now given them the 5 stars they deserve! Thanks Paprika! Now I know you and I will live happily ever after!
