Yes, it’s great, and well worth the money
I’ve been using the iPad and iPhone versions of this app for nearly a year now, and they have totally changed my cooking habits. Ive made more, and more interesting dishes in the past year than in the prior 10 years combined, all because this app makes the process easier - and the recipes more tempting.
Ridiculously easy to add almost any recipe from a web site (and iOS in Safari now has the option of adding a recipe instantly from the Safari services menu - the OS Safari should add this feature.) Also very easy to add your old saved clipping manually. And edit away to make your own modifications or notes.
And the shopping list is extremely handy, especially if you have an iPhone - manually add items you know you need or just add a recipe to the shopping list (handier than it sounds.)
But I thought I didn’t need to relatively pricey Mac App. But then I got a new computer, and then I did buy it. After all, how far does $19.99 go on a grocery trip?
In less than 5 minutes, all info from my iOS versions, with 500+ recipes, was synced (correctly!) on the computer. And a quick look at the little user manual, highly recommended, revealed some great features that are impossible with iOS versions, like opening multiple windows to make a copy/paste job much faster.
So buy it, then use it. It’s really quite simple once you invest a short time to read the user manual.
